Intensive cleaning with a clear kitchen scope
Trained kitchen staff
We assign staff trained for grease-prone commercial food environments.
Service-hour planning
Attendance can fit around preparation, service and safe equipment access.
Clear service boundaries
We explain when surface cleaning or separate extract work is required.
Remove grease beyond the daily cleaning routine
Food preparation leaves grease and residue in places that routine wiping may not fully address. Our commercial kitchen cleaning targets worktops, splashbacks, sinks, floors, accessible appliances and other grease-prone surfaces. We use staff trained specifically for this work and plan the clean around your kitchen layout, current condition and hygiene priorities. The service can support a one-off reset or a planned intensive cleaning programme for busy Manchester food-service premises. Before attendance, we explain which areas need to be cleared and how equipment access will be managed.

Choose surface cleaning or extract-system care
General kitchen cleaning and technical extraction cleaning deal with different parts of the premises. We clean accessible preparation and service surfaces, while our separate TR19-compliant service addresses canopies, filters, accessible ductwork and extraction fans. If you need both, we can coordinate the work while keeping each scope clear. We also consider food-service hours, cooling equipment and safe access when arranging attendance. Evening, overnight or weekend options may reduce interruption, particularly when the kitchen cannot release working areas during normal service periods.
Frequently asked questions
What does a commercial kitchen clean cover?
The agreed scope can include worktops, splashbacks, sinks, floors, accessible appliances and other grease-prone surfaces. We confirm equipment access and preparation requirements after reviewing the kitchen.
Is this the same as kitchen extract cleaning?
No. General kitchen cleaning addresses accessible surfaces and food-preparation areas. Extract cleaning is a separate technical service for canopies, filters, ductwork and fans, with TR19 documentation where applicable.
Can cleaning take place outside food-service hours?
Yes. We can discuss evening, overnight or weekend attendance where this suits the premises and required work. We agree access, equipment preparation and the areas being released for cleaning beforehand.
